This is a great multivitamin for women! I love the liquid because of the quick absorption. However the flavor is the best, definitely manageable.
Honestly, I could just buy a pre-natal pill and call it a day. Why did I re-purchase this one? Because it’s a multi-vitamin that does it all. I don’t love the mango flavor actually. A bit too sweet, but I put it into my smoothie. I also don’t love the pour cap, gets messy. Lol. But besides that. I do enjoy it enough and think I see the benefits.
I can tell an improvement in how I feel minutes after I take it!
I love the fact this is not in a pill form, it taste like the flinstone vitamins you take as a kid, so beware if you are experiencing nausea to taste, but it is manageable. Disappointed that it does not contain any omega, and I have to purchase and take that separately. Overall it does the job.
You guys know the transformers? I legitimately feel like I transform after taking my teaspoon of it. It gives me energy for the day with no jitters. My stomach does have to eat something w/ it afterwards or chase it with water. But out all the prenatals I’ve taken, this is a game changer for me. I was pregnant twice in 2020 and so my body has been on prenatals for quite some time & there’s nothing quite like this. I absolutely love it. I have it in the kitchen. It helps me remember to take it. Go get yours.
