We recommend you incorporate 2x4 Whole Body Calm (Magnesium) into your routine simply because most women are quite deficient in Magnesium, and the dosage in Mom’s Complete Multi is not enough to supplement that (especially during pregnancy); and unfortunately, we could not increase the dosage of Magnesium in Mom’s Complete Multi simply because it couldn’t fit without sacrificing another integral ingredient. As such, we recommend supplementing with 2x4 Whole Body Calm.

You can take a spoonful straight or also take this vitamin with a glass of water your favorite juice, or breakfast. You can also take 2x4 Mom’s Multi any time of the day, without worrying about feeling sick. But remember, do not blend the supplement, cook / heat it, or add it to anything boiling hot. Doing so, can actually cause the liposomes to breakdown, which reduces absorption.
