My name is Kevin Smith, and I’m a Certified Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Classically Trained Chef. I studied at De Montfort University, where I earned a degree in Food Sciences and Culinary. In the beginning I was just trying to heal myself. After almost twenty years of operating food companies and opening restaurants, the lifestyle had damaged my body and health. I remembered the Lifestyle I had left in the farmlands of England where I grew up. I realized that what I was going to put into my body and how I treated it that would give me the life I desired.

I started to read about nutrition and healing the body/mind with nutrition. I was hooked! I read books and thousands of pages of Nutritional Science Papers. As I started applying all of this new information to my life, I started to experience a miraculous change. In just a few short months I had lost 80 pounds, all my ailments were gone, and at almost 40 years old I was in the best shape of my life. What happened next was a life changer as I found myself besieged by friends and associates that had seen my change, and that desperately wanted help with their own health. I decided to take my journey back to school to get my Clinical Nutritionist Certification.

I opened a Nutritional Clinic in Los Angeles which I operate with my lovely wife (She’s also a Nutritionist). We teach people how to get back to how we used to eat and live. Supplements are a vital part of the process in our nutrient deprived modern world. With a passion for exercise and sports I have also increased my knowledge and skillset by completing various Personal Trainer certifications over the years.
