I struggled to get going in the early hours and needed something to give me that extra boost of energy before hitting the gym. This pre-workout does it for me! It provides a nice energy boost and puts me in the best mood to get my workout going.

Best of all I must say it really does deliver solid energy. The taste is absolutely doable. It is a bit strong straight but I’ve gotten used to it to the point where I really enjoy it, but you can just as easily dilute it in a cup of water or pre-workout shaker bottle and take it throughout your workout if that is what you prefer. To me it’s pretty similar in taste to other pre-workouts on the market as far as strength, however, the tropical mango taste I think is way better than the usual blue berry and tropical punch flavors. Not to mention regular pre-workout are often packed with sugars and artificial flavoring.
That’s another thing that I think is so good about this product and what sets it apart for me enough to be the best pre-workout I’ve ever tried. The energy feels so much more clean and natural. It doesn't hit me like a sudden jolt or leave me jittery. Instead, it provides a smooth, sustained energy boost that helps me power through my workouts without feeling overstimulated, just more capable and able to lift more. And the best part? Like I mentioned in the beginning, this product does not keep me up because it is not packed with a bunch of caffeine and I don't experience any type of awful crash afterwards that keeps me from doing all of the things I need to do before getting to bed.
All in all the best pre-workout out there, if you are in the market to try a new pre-workout, I highly recommend giving this one a try, the overall experience is better than the rest by far.
I am a huge fan of caffeine, and pre-workouts because I love getting the jitters while working out because I run more miles than usual, I lift weights longer and heavier, and it keeps me going throughout my work day at work or chores I have to do at home. I love this product because it does not leave you with a crash after. It does not have a caffeine that said has an effect in a long run. It just keeps you going and going like the energizer bunny that keeps going and going. I love it!
