I've been a loyal fan of the pre-workout for a while now. My goal this year was to really get into my fitness era and see some real results from the gym. I'm the kind of person who digs a bit into the ingredients before hopping onto the supplement bandwagon specially when it is something new and shiny to the fitness community. Here are the ingredients I liked the most.
Curcumin, this was the first ingredient that caught my eye. Curcumin is believed to tackle inflammation, which is a common guest post an intense workout. The idea that it could help manage muscle soreness and contribute to quicker recovery is something that resonated with me. Lysine, an essential amino acid which has been found to be key for muscle recovery. It's also believed to help in breaking down carbs and fatty acids, which could be beneficial in maintaining energy levels post-workout.
Isoleucine, an essential amino acid which is crucial for oxygen transport to the muscles. It's also suggested to help in energy regulation and endurance, something that as someone that wants to continue to be fit well into their adult age would appreciate. L-Glutamine which is said to be a key player in muscle recovery.
While I haven't witnessed a revolutionary change, I see the benefit of taking a product like this. The taste is manageable, and all of these ingredients combined with the easy to use convenience and the liposomal technology which is becoming all the rage in the supplement industry makes it a top recommendation from me.
I loved that it completely dissolved in my water! I’ve tried others and they leave a “dirt-like” texture because they don’t dissolve completely, but this one was awesome! Liquid really is better. It really works since I can feel it as days goes by. I have better recovery - more on natural not hyper energy. This is best for me.
